vegetable and plant dyed silks

If you've been reading along, you won't be surprised to hear that I'm in love, love, *love* with vegetable and plant dyeing as of late! The subtle coloring, the careful amount of time, the smells...and knowing that each dye I've prepared is completely from something found in nature. The whole experience is lovely and satisfying.

To help offset the cost of my summer course, I'm offering these 30x30 100% silk playsilks for 11.50 each. This also includes the cost of shipping within the United States. (Canada residents, please contact me!) I'm hoping this is a fair price, considering time and materials involved. We are most certainly on a tight budget, so I've carefully considered this price and how I feel about offering it to you.
Each silk is hand dyed with 100% natural vegetable or plant dyes, gently hand washed in Sun and Earth detergent, and shipped to you.
Color Choices:

Summer Yellow

Dyed with Organic Turmeric and Black Eyed Susan Petals

Pale Pink

Dyed with Garden Red Beets

Violet Love

Dyed with Organic Purple Cabbage
